Scroll Reroute: Screen Time

Doomscrolling eats your evenings. Scroll Reroute catches you the moment you've been in a social app too long, then offers a better way out.

INSTEAD OF SCROLLING, DO SOMETHING BETTER
• A quick puzzle to reset your brain
• A sketch or color-by-numbers to calm down
• A two-minute workout to get moving
• A nudge to call someone you love

HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the apps you want to watch (social media, video, news).
2. Set your own time limit.
3. When you hit it, Scroll Reroute steps in and offers a detour.
4. Keep your streak going and get your evenings back.

WHY PEOPLE USE IT
• A screen time app that gives you something to do, not just a number
• A gentle digital detox with no all-or-nothing rules
• Built to help with phone addiction, social media addiction and the urge to doomscroll
• Your limits, your rules, your streak
