This app is very poorly designed and has not improved for many years. Customer support is also generally unhelpful. I recommend going with another service as most are better at this point.

⭐ 1 Star Very disappointed with how Rover handled my situation. My account was deactivated based on a sitter’s report without management properly hearing my side, asking for evidence, or investigating the situation fairly. It felt like the decision was already made without considering the customer’s perspective. This is not professional and certainly not a good way to treat or retain customers.
