Recent reviews

Used it one disastrous time. The supposedly 5-star sitter wanted out after less than 24 hours, causing panic for me over 1,000 miles away. Three days of a week-long vacation were ruined by stress and constant texting with Rover. The only sitter Rover could find cost $650 for 4 days. They did not connect the two sitters as they claimed they would, so I spent another several hours on my phone coordinating their turnover. Will NEVER use Rover again!

This should be a simple, streamlined app. You have to click 25 things to navigate simple tasks. All your tasks should be grouped either with the walker themself or under bookings. There are literally 3 different message threads/places just for me to communicate with my walker. I could list 20 flaws with this interface. The walkers themselves have been just fine.
