Recent reviews

My dog was severely abused and returned with deep, bloody wounds by a sitter on this app, Laura S. When I reported this to Rover's "Trust & Safety" team with photographic proof, they did absolutely nothing. They protected the abuser, refused to ban her, and left Laura S. active on their platform to threaten other pets. Rover cares only about profit, not animal safety. Do not trust this app with your beloved pets—it is not safe.

Horrible customer service. Replied to them regarding my background check and my account, they just stopped replying and never gave me an update on my application sign up.
