Update..the messaging glitches i previously experienced have been resolved. Had no issues recently and found another amazing sitter. The app can be a little glitchy when sending messages, but the sitters it connects you with are awesome.

Just hope and pray that you are never in a position to have to use Pawshake support, as it is not efficient and blatantly rude. Not something you would expect from a company that takes 19% from petsitters. You are left at their mercy, as there is no way to escalate, report or speak to someone on the phone and they absolutely know this. Otherwise, if you do ur due diligence, there are amazing pet sitters on this site. Reply - I did, and support is most certainly not happy to help. Do better!
