Good Monitoring Tool - Could be better. The main reason I purchased this product is so I can be alerted if my sump pump isn't running. While this works when I tested it, it doesn't work well in my real implementation. The app only allows alerts / notifications to be turned on or off, it doesn't allow individual events to be turned on or off. The issue I have is that when my pump runs it runs for 10 to 15 minutes at a time. This causes an alert every time the pump runs, which I don't need.

Updating a previous review just to be fair. I've been using Pumpspy for over 6 years now. App has definitely had its issues over the years but I have to say that it has become much more reliable the last 6 months. I haven't had to reinstall/relogin in a very long time and it has stayed connected to wifi continuously during this time. Using with Nighthawk router and S22 Ultra. Pumpspy is a great device and love the data it provides me every day. Couldn't live without it!
