The app makes if very difficult to contact customer service, they use Facebook for chat and the app makes it difficult to get the voice line. Calling results in a wait for a call back. 1st device was bad, the 2nd had been set up on the pump contractor's account and the only way to reset the device was another call to customer service. Once installed, it works fine but after a power outage it takes several hours for the device to come back online instead of connecting immediately.

After a cheap builder-installed sump failed and flooded our basement, we were glad to have this sump installed and even more assured that I can monitor it remotely and receive updates if anything goes wrong. That said, how accurate are the readings? Did my sump really pump out over 15,000 gallons yesterday? And if so, is this pump going to be enough long-term (I went with the one with backup pump and battery backup)?
