I made an account, and it logged me out. I have tried all of my emails, "no account found." I try to make a new account, and my device is "already registered." It gave me a number, but I didn't screenshot it Even when my account was linked the wifi on my device failed often. Customer service Resolved my issue quickly

UPDATE: Lindy from support was able to do some work on the back end and fix the challenges. ********** Tried to create an account and then the password didn't work. Tried to reset password and it says my email doesn't exist. I tried to create a new account and it says that my email is already in use. Tried a new email address and the same thing happens. Tried calling support and the only option is to leave a message and someone will call me. No response.
