Nutrinaut is a peak performance coach that turns your training, nutrition, and daily signals into clear, day-to-day insights - so you know when to push, when to recover, and how to fuel consistently.

Insights that guide your day (core)

Nutrinaut connects to Health Connect (optional) to power your main coaching features:

- Strain - daily workload using Steps plus active/total calories (includes a 10k steps challenge)

- Recovery - readiness signals using Resting heart rate (RHR) and VO2 max trends, plus supporting signals like sleep and SpO2

- Stress - stress level charts and guidance using Heart rate, RHR, and HRV (RMSSD)

- Sleep - sleep analytics using sleep sessions and sleep stages, with optional heart rate and SpO2 context

- Bio Age - a performance-oriented score shown in-app (top-right) based primarily on VO2 max and SpO2, with RHR as a supporting signal

Each Insights screen includes an explanation (for example, “Inputs used today” / “Why this score”) so it’s clear which metrics contributed.

If you choose not to connect Health Connect, Nutrinaut can still be used for logging and plan tracking, but Insights features run in limited mode because key signals (HRV, RHR, VO2 max, SpO2, sleep, steps) are not available.
