Nutribrain AI connects to Android Health Connect (with your consent) to display your steps, calories burned, sleep, weight, and workouts in your dashboard, helping you and your nutritionist personalize your diet and training. You can revoke access anytime in the app settings. Nutribrain AI accompanies you on your nutrition and training journey, always in touch with your professional (nutritionist or personal trainer). You can: consult your personalized meal plan with substitutions and a shopping list; track your workouts with videos, timers, and guided workouts; keep a diary of meals, water, sleep, and wellness; monitor your progress (weight, measurements, photos, body composition); view and download invoices; chat with your professional; and sync your health and activity data (steps, sleep, heart rate) from Health Connect and Bluetooth heart rate monitors. This tool supports the program agreed upon with your professional and does not replace medical advice. Data is encrypted in transit and managed in compliance with the GDPR, with the possibility of deletion.
