Mellow - Private Mood Tracker

Mellow is a quiet, private mood tracker and personal journal designed to help you slow down, check in with yourself, and understand your emotional rhythms over time.

Life moves quickly, and our emotions fluctuate from day to day. Mellow provides a serene, uncluttered space to pause, acknowledge how you feel, and notice patterns in your wellbeing without judgment, streaks, or pressure.

Effortless Daily Check-ins

Checking in takes only a few seconds. Choose from five thoughtful mood states and capture the essence of your day before moving on. Whether you log your feelings every morning, unwind in the evening, or drop in whenever a significant moment occurs, Mellow adapts to your natural rhythm.

Thoughtful Journaling and Context

Context brings clarity to your emotions. Pair your mood entries with personal notes and custom tags to capture the activities, people, and environments that influence your mindset. Over time, your entries form a meaningful timeline of your personal growth and self-awareness.

Clear Patterns and Meaningful Insights

Understand what supports your wellbeing and what drains your energy. Mellow transforms your daily entries into clean, easy-to-read charts and observations:

• Mood distribution and average emotional balance over time

• Weekly, monthly, and all-time trend views

• Tag associations that reveal which routines truly impact your day

• Calm observations drawn directly from your reflection history

Private by Design

Your emotional life is deeply personal. Mellow is built around the fundamental principle that your thoughts and reflections belong solely to you:

• Secure biometric and PIN protection (Face ID, Fingerprint, or custom passcode)

• Offline-first architecture: your journal entries remain stored locally on your device

• Completely ad-free with zero trackers, data selling, or intrusive banners

• Full control over your data with export and backup capabilities

A Calming Space Built for Focus

Every detail in Mellow is crafted to feel restful and intentional:

• Curated, soothing color palettes designed for visual comfort in day or night

• Subtle haptic feedback that makes every interaction tactile and grounded

• Custom, gentle reminder notifications to help you build a mindful routine

• Minimalist typography and layout with zero clutter or gamification

Why Mellow?

Unlike conventional tracking apps that rely on streaks, social feeds, or aggressive notifications, Mellow is created as a private sanctuary. There are no scores to maintain, no penalties for missing a day, and no algorithms competing for your attention. Just an honest, quiet space waiting whenever you need to reflect.

Take a breath. Check in with yourself. Understand your journey.

Welcome to Mellow.
