• One check-in a day: how you feel, what filled the day, last night's sleep, your energy, and a line of your own if you feel like writing one.
• A calendar that fills in with colour, so a month is something you can take in at a glance.
• Patterns: your average, the last fourteen days, and what tends to lift you.
• A journal of the days you have saved.
• Small habits, ticked off when you do them.
• A home-screen widget — five dots, one tap, without opening the app.

WORTH NOTICING

Once there is enough to say anything about, the app offers at most two quiet observations a week. How days after short nights compared with days after longer ones. Which tag your better days tend to carry.

These are observations, never explanations. "After nights under six hours your days averaged low" is something your own calendar says. "Poor sleep is hurting your mood" is a claim about your life that a handful of days cannot support, and this app will not make it. Every observation tells you how many days it rests on, and says plainly when that number is small.

YOUR ENTRIES STAY YOURS

There is no account. There is no server. Nothing is uploaded and nothing is shared.

The Android build ships with no INTERNET permission at all — you can see this yourself in Android's app info screen. Without that permission the system will not let the app open a network connection, so your entries cannot leave this phone: not by a decision of ours, and not by a mistake of ours either.

No ads. No purchases. No analytics. No tracking.

Erasing everything takes two taps in Settings, and it happens immediately.

• Light and dark themes. On Android 12 and later the palette can follow your wallpaper.
• Speaks thirty languages — from English, Ukrainian and Spanish to Korean, Vietnamese, Hebrew and Tamil — and lays itself out right-to-left in Arabic, Hebrew, Persian and Urdu.
• Works entirely offline, because it has no other option.
