NightOps

NightOps is the overnight operations assurance app for building and facilities management companies. It verifies that overnight staff are active, completing their duties, walking their patrol routes, and able to raise an alarm the moment they need help.
FOR OVERNIGHT STAFF
• Start and end your shift, and work through tonight's duty checklist
• Scan checkpoint QR codes on patrol to prove your rounds
• Respond to periodic "are you active?" checks with a one-time code
• Report incidents with a photo and location
• Hold the panic button for an immediate duress alarm to every manager on call
• Leave a clean shift handover for the incoming team

FOR MANAGERS & DIRECTORS
• Live portfolio view: which sites are active, unattended, or need attention
• Send a "buzz" alarm to a specific staff member and see them respond
• Receive panic alarms instantly — full-screen, with a siren, and the staff member's location
• Review alerts, incidents, patrol logs, notifications, and shift reports
• Manage buildings, duties, check timing, and staff from your phone

NightOps is a multi-tenant service; your company's data stays within your own workspace. A NightOps account from your employer is required to sign in.
