NetraOps

NetraOps is a modern security guard management platform built for
security companies and the clients they protect. Guards use the
mobile app to run their shifts end-to-end — clock in with GPS
verification, log patrols, submit incident reports with photos,
complete checklists, take breaks, and hand off to the next guard
— while supervisors and clients get real-time visibility from the
web portal.

WHY NETRAOPS
Security operations run on trust and accountability. NetraOps
replaces paper logs, missed calls, and spreadsheet timesheets with
a single system that captures what happened, where it happened,
and who was there — with GPS and photo evidence attached to every
event. Companies win contracts because clients can see their
service in real time. Guards work more efficiently because the app
guides them through their shift instead of getting in the way.

PRIVACY AND LOCATION
NetraOps only tracks guard location during active shifts, and only
inside the geofenced boundary of assigned posts. Location tracking
pauses automatically during breaks and stops the moment a guard
clocks out. Guards see exactly when tracking is active with a
persistent on-screen indicator. All data is encrypted in transit
and at rest.
