LiveChek is a field-inspection app built for insurance surveyors and agents who conduct vehicle inspections as part of the insurance claims and policy issuance process. It replaces paper-based inspection reports with a guided, digital workflow that captures photos, video, forms, and a digital signature — all in one structured session per claim.

How it works
An inspector logs in and sees their assigned claims organized by status — Open, Payment Pending, In Process, and Completed. Selecting a claim opens a fixed, step-by-step inspection journey:

Instructions — a summary of the claim and what's required
Location capture — records where the inspection takes place
Guided photo capture — a stencil-driven sequence walks the inspector through every required angle of the vehicle, so nothing gets missed
Video walkaround — a short recorded video of the full vehicle
Dynamic inspection form — fields and sections tailored to the specific insurance company and vehicle type
Digital signature — the claimant signs directly on the device to confirm the inspection
In-app payment — optional UPI payment collection for the inspection fee, right where the inspection happens
Submit — all photos, video, form data, and signature are uploaded and the report is submitted for processing
Built for multiple insurance companies
LiveChek is multi-tenant: the photo checklist, form fields, and instructional content are all configured per insurance company and product, so one app supports many different insurers' inspection requirements without separate installs.

Reliability where it matters

Inspections can be paused and resumed — if the app closes mid-inspection, it picks back up exactly where you left off.
Uploads continue reliably even on a weak connection, retrying automatically until every file is confirmed uploaded.
Every photo is watermarked with GPS coordinates and a timestamp at the moment of capture.
Built-in verification
To support claim integrity, LiveChek silently captures verification data during the inspection (such as confirming the inspector's presence at the location) without interrupting the inspection flow itself.

Who it's for
LiveChek is intended for inspectors, surveyors, and agents working with insurance companies that use the LiveChek platform. It is not a general consumer app — access requires an account provisioned by your insurance company or agency.
