Leopart Move

Leopart Move is the recovery and athletic readiness tracking app for athletes managed by a team. Every morning, athletes complete a short questionnaire (Hooper) about sleep, fatigue, stress, muscle soreness, and mood. The app calculates a daily Readiness Index by combining four dimensions: mental state, muscular state, cardiovascular state, and training load.

For the cardiovascular and sleep dimensions, users can manually import Resting Heart Rate, Heart Rate Variability (HRV), and Sleep Time from their Wear OS device/smartwatch via Health Connect, eliminating the need for manual entry.

Athletic coaches can view the team's aggregate performance to plan training sessions, identify signs of overload, and prevent injuries.
