🛡 Why Big Stepper Uses AccessibilityService

Big Stepper uses the AccessibilityService API to detect when you open selected distracting apps.
When you attempt to launch one of these apps, Big Stepper temporarily blocks access until you’ve completed your daily step target.

We do not use AccessibilityService to collect personal data, record your activity, or make hidden changes to your device.

We only use it to enforce your chosen focus & wellbeing goals.

You remain in control at all times — you choose which apps to block and your daily step goals.

This permission is essential to Big Stepper’s core feature of helping you stay active and reduce screen distractions.

Your data stays on your device — we don’t sell or share it.

AccessibilityService is only used for app-blocking functionality.

You can change or remove permissions anytime in your device settings.
