This app is basically useless. It never pairs with my mother's oxygen concentrator, even after we follow all pertinent instructions. The app also has information pertaining to an older model and not the one we purchased. After so much money and trust that customers have invested in Inogen, you would think they would make a competent app.

Installed the app, paired and connected no issues. Once I closed the app and looked again a little while later the app wasn't connecting to my G5. Looked again a little while later and it connected. Sporadic connections at best and I am an IT guy.. Sad when you can't depend on the app for your oxygen machine..
