You should be able to control the concentrator from the app which you cannot. I’m disconnecting the Bluetooth.

They use the app as a great selling feature BUT in my experience it doesn’t work unless the unit is plugged in and off AND I have to keep reregistering each time. If you are going to use it as a selling feature then at least make it usable after 1 time of entering all information because it’s useless unless you do!
