IQConnect

The IQ Connect App is an FDA-registered healthcare software application intended for use as a companion to the FDA-registered Impulse IQ® Connect handheld device. The application is designed to display real-time, streaming treatment data transmitted from the companion device during operation. IQ Connect does not generate, modify, or control therapy and functions solely as a data display and record-management application.
The app supports HIPAA compliance and incorporates safeguards intended to protect the confidentiality and integrity of patient health information. IQ Connect allows authorized users to create and manage patient records, store treatment session data, and access historical treatment information within the application. Patient data and treatment records are maintained in an organized format to support clinical documentation and record continuity.
During use, IQ Connect displays live treatment parameters and session information received from the Impulse IQ® Connect handheld device. Treatment data is automatically recorded and retained for subsequent review. Prior treatment sessions and historical treatment data are maintained within the application. IQ Connect provides comparative views that display current and historical treatment data side by side, allowing review of treatment results and changes over time. These views support clinical documentation, patient education, and internal clinical review. Stored treatment records remain accessible within the application to authorized users.
The IQ Connect App is intended for use in professional healthcare environments on supported Android-based Connect Display devices. The application is maintained through periodic updates to support performance, security, and compatibility requirements. IQ Connect functions exclusively as a companion software application to the Impulse IQ® Connect handheld device and is not intended for use as a standalone medical device.
