2024-12-23	Na*****	This app is basically useless. It never pairs with my mother's oxygen concentrator, even after we follow all pertinent instructions. The app also has information pertaining to an older model and not the one we purchased. After so much money and trust that customers have invested in Inogen, you would think they would make a competent app.

2024-11-16	Mi*****	Installed the app, paired and connected no issues. Once I closed the app and looked again a little while later the app wasn't connecting to my G5. Looked again a little while later and it connected. Sporadic connections at best and I am an IT guy.. Sad when you can't depend on the app for your oxygen machine..

2024-07-08	Do*****	App keeps crashing despite we clearing cache, restarting phone, and updated the app itself. Message says this app has a bug, the developer needs to fix the bug and then it should work. Well, please fix it.

2024-07-07	Bi*****	⚠️Once Again OXYGEN PATIENTS are plagued with a HALF-ASSED programmed app! Do all OXYGEN PATIENTS a favor and FIRE the jackasses that cannot seemingly build a proper program so a patient can both TRUST (FTC) their OXYGEN CONCENTRATOR is working and is in good condition before they go somewhere with their not so portable concentrator and have to be brought to emergency because the ½ assed app doesn't work! FIX YOUR JUNK!!!!!

2024-05-30	Be*****	After the recent app update, it connects better but the app does even less than before. No way to view %O2 or hours used on the column with the G5. Very rudimentary, like putting go cart controls in a Ferrari.

2024-05-14	Bi*****	New update v2.2.0 added back the cannula counter, clean filter counter and a battery status widget which is huge and ugly (why?). Dark mode would make a more appealling app. App reports remaining time in tenths of an hour istead of hours-minutes (3.5 hours instead of 3 hours 30 minutes). Fix it. It removed O2 Purity and column life which didn't appear accurate. Basically back to original minus run hours and battery cycles. Just give back original or at least add run hours and battery cycles.

2024-03-22	Ca*****	Filter and canola life are not updating. Will not connect to g5 after connecting once. Needs a lot of work and apparently hasn't had much. 2/24: appears nothing has changed. 3/22 still having connect issues. Once it disconnects, good luck. It's time to pull this crApp and fix it or call it "nice try." It's basically useless.

2024-03-17	GP*****	Spent the weekend occasionally attempting to load the new app... Sorry, this is not an improvement. Edited 3/17 It's been over a month, I have spoken with a guy at Imogen who was sympathetic; more negative reviews and everything's the same as it was when they made the change. Two suggestions - 1. Please roll back the changes you made in February. 2. Please let someone who actually uses a POC (and needs the information the app has the potential to provide) have a leading role in the app design
