Human Plus

Human Plus doesn't create routines. It works like a professional athlete's coaching team: planning toward your goal, observing your response, and adjusting your course each week. And every decision is explained.

THE PLAN THAT ADAPTS TO YOU
• Tell us your goal and date: the system builds the complete plan backward, phase by phase (base, build, peak, and taper).

• After each session, 20 seconds of feedback: effort, pain, energy, and sleep.

• Knee pain? Replace the exercises that stress it for 7 days. Two sessions at your limit? Reduce the volume. Perfect week? Keep progressing.

• No change without explanation: every adjustment is recorded with the data that triggered it.

WORKOUTS WITH VISUAL DEMONSTRATION
• More than 100 exercises with animated demonstrations and the targeted muscle highlighted.

• Record weights and reps set by set; the plan suggests the loads for the next session.

• Break timer, smart substitutions, and an emergency routine for those impossible days.

TRULY FLEXIBLE NUTRITION
• No rigid diets: every dish is a composite of ingredients. Swap chicken for turkey, hake, or tofu, and the grams are instantly recalculated to maintain your macros.

• Automatic weekly shopping list, grouped by supermarket section.

• Guide to eating out: what to order at an Italian restaurant, an Asian restaurant, or the daily special.

FOOD SCANNER WITH VERDICT
• Take a picture of your dish or scan the barcode of any product.

• It clearly tells you if it fits YOUR plan: good, okay, or best to avoid—calculated against your goal, allergies, and dietary needs, not a generic chart.

• Save what you buy to your pantry, and your next meal plans are built from it.

YOUR HEALTH DATA, IN PLAIN LANGUAGE
• Connects with Health Connect, so it works with data from Samsung Health, Fitbit, Garmin, Xiaomi, and other compatible apps: sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, VO₂ max, distance, and active calories.

• Tap any metric and it explains what it is, your target range, and what to do today. No jargon.

• You choose which metrics to see each day on your dashboard.

• Your daily readiness feature adjusts your session before you even start.

PLUS
• AI Coach in Spanish to answer questions about your plan.

• Habits, streaks, levels, and badges to help you stay consistent.

• Weekly review with a report of what happened and what changed.

• Works offline: the engine lives on your phone.

EVIDENCE-BASED
Each rule of the app is mapped to meta-analyses and consensus guidelines (protein 1.6-2.2 g/kg, volume dose-response, tapering, judicious supplementation). And where the science is still weak, we'll tell you.

Human Plus is not a medical device and does not diagnose. If the pain recurs, the app recommends a professional evaluation.
