2026-06-06	Sh*****	My sister uses my phone to access her account once and the app won't stop bugging me to add her to monitoring, which I have no intention of doing. Stop the app from harassing users about this or give us the option to ignore that account please. If I keep getting bugged about this I will uninstall the meter.

2026-06-03	sh*****	I can't follow the instructions.its telling me to go to settings and click on the toggle.theres no toggle. scanningy shopping I click on when I'm watching t.v either in lounge or bedroom 1 this has all happened since I got the new machine next to tv I've been with you for years when I've text (am non verbal) and I get a text message saying you don't have my email on file. you have because how would you be able to contact me in the first place. I really enjoy doing this and I collect my rewards

2026-04-28	Ni*****	cannot log into rewards as have never been given account info, yet screenwise panel is happily recording my cookies and data. Customer service are worse than useless, I cannot make them understand bo matter what I say, they just send me links 🙄

2025-12-21	Gw*****	Ive been a member for quiet along time and it was great picking the vouchers but most of them are E- vouchers then when you need to use them in store theres no wifi connection and everyone in the queue are getting cross so you end up just paying. If this cant be changed or dealt with in a different way im going to have to leave. Sorry
