Disappointing, when I first set the app up all was fine, after a week I now cannot get logged in to see if there is any rewards as it asks for email and password which all of a sudden isn't working, yet I can still add my bought products. I've requested forgotten password numerous times no email reset ever sent. Anyone else having these issues...tried emailing but have been told to send email to a different department not quite sure what to make of this all.
