Recent reviews

The support app doesn't function properly. The 'find my meter's function does not work at all for one member of the household & only intermittently for the other. Unable to chat through the app because the chat page is stuck on an old contact. One of the members of the household cannot add an email address because the applicable page in the app just spins, never completes. The only way to get support is by telephone & they are required to recite long scripts, no shortcuts. Way too time consuming
