A clean PDF or CSV of the last 7 days you can share if you want to.
A few optional tools are there if they help: a short symptom check you can hand to your doctor, a place to keep your lab results next to your symptoms, and a simple foot-check reminder. Use them or skip them. The diary works fine on its own.
