PainKeeper: Offline Body Map

PainKeeper is a private pain diary. Tap a spot on a body map, set how bad it is, add a few details, and PainKeeper builds a clear picture of your pain over time. When you see your doctor, you can show the pattern instead of trying to remember it. Everything stays on your device, with no account and no ads.

What you can track
- Body map. Mark the front or back of the body to show where it hurts.
- Intensity and type. A 0 to 10 scale, pain type, whether it radiates, and how long it lasted.
- Triggers, medication and relief. Note what may have set it off and what you tried.
- Follow-up. A quick "did it help?" note, kept in your own records.
- History and heat map. A calendar of your days and a body heat map of where pain concentrates over time.

Understand the pattern
- Trends. Average intensity over time, your most-affected areas, and how often you log.
- Year view. A full-year calendar shaded by your worst pain each day.
- Patterns. When pain tends to occur and which triggers appear alongside it.
- Summary report. Export a clean PDF or CSV of the last 7 days to share if you choose.
