Who is it for?
The app is intended for Neuros clinic clients who follow wellness and longevity protocols under the supervision of the medical team.
What you can do:
• Personalized daily tasks — sleep, nutrition, exercise, mindfulness, hydration
• Record symptoms — duration, intensity, and frequency for up to 4 symptoms
• View clinical protocols assigned by your team
• Earn points and streaks for daily motivation
• Receive task and appointment reminders (if you enable notifications)
• Track your symptoms over time
• Manage your profile and data in the app
Privacy:
• Your data is protected according to GDPR
• You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account
