Most productivity apps measure intent — the tasks you listed, the goals you
set. Focuz measures the only thing that actually moved: time spent, head down,
not reaching for your phone. Start a session, do the work, and the hour is
yours on the record.


HOW IT WORKS

1. Set a session length and press Begin Focus Session.
2. Work. The timer runs, and your chosen distractions stay shut out.
3. Finish, and the session is logged permanently — duration, time, everything.
4. Watch the hours, streaks and coins accumulate from real work only.


FOCUS SESSIONS THAT FIT YOUR WORK

Run a single long block of deep work, or use the built-in Pomodoro mode to
alternate focus and break phases automatically. Every cycle is logged on its
own, so a two-hour Pomodoro run tells you exactly where the time went instead
of collapsing into one vague number.


DISTRACTIONS, HELD BACK

Name the apps that pull you away, and during a session they don't open — you
get a blocked screen instead of the feed. Your blocklist never leaves your
phone: Focuz decides what to block locally, so we don't upload the list or
know what's installed. Works offline, on a plane, anywhere.
