Focus is a minimal, single-purpose timer built for one thing: helping you sit down and do deep work, without distraction.

Pick a duration - 15, 30, 45, 60, or 90 minutes, or set a custom length up to 180 minutes - and tap Let's Go. Your phone automatically switches to Do Not Disturb for the length of the session, so calls, texts, and notifications stay silent until you're done.

When your session ends, you'll hear a gentle chime and feel a short vibration, and your streak goes up by one. If you end a session early, your streak resets, so every full session counts.

Focus keeps track of your progress with a simple 7-day bar chart, a 30-day heatmap, and a complete history of every session you've completed, all stored privately on your device.

There are no accounts to create, no ads to watch, and no data sent anywhere. Focus doesn't use the internet at all - everything you do stays on your phone.
