FOCUS SESSIONS
Choose your mode and get to work.
* Pomodoro — fixed-duration sessions at 25, 40, or 50 minutes with automatic break scheduling. When the timer ends, rate your focus and log it.

* Flowmodoro — open-ended count-up timer. Work until your focus naturally breaks, then stop. Your break is automatically calculated at 1/5 of your work time. Put in 40 minutes, earn an 8-minute break.

Every session logs your objective, duration, rating, and XP. Link sessions to a project to build a clear picture of where your time actually goes.

PROJECTS
Create workspaces for every area of your life — clients, goals, courses, side projects. The dashboard tracks momentum per project: today, this week, last session, and trend direction.
