2025-01-26	Da*****	Shouldn't have to load money onto an app cuz it should just be able to charge your card on file as you go. For that matter you should just be able to swipe a card directly on the bus like anywhere else in the world, and forget the stupid app. It's unnecessary and inconvenient, considering people who need public transpo are less likely to have a damn smartphone. Makes you load money in increments of $5, which is stupid because that's not what the bus costs, so you'll always have money left over.

2025-01-10	Do*****	This app needs a major update, I have $1.50 on here, and all I need is 25¢ to get on the bus, and It wants $5.00 regulation. Now I can't even get on the bus until I find $5.00. to put on it. Why not except 25¢ so I can have $1.75. I need to get on the bus. Heck If I was short 1¢ Why not except that. This app needs to take people more serious than it is with the amount we can put on it. Money is money. And alot of people take the bus. But what's with the floating Cash.

2024-12-16	Ma*****	Well, I was denied a bus ride simply bc this app doesn't even load up, it's been working fine all month and the ONE day I needed to be somewhere, I cannot go. This app won't even let me log in. Please fix this.

2024-11-26	Lo*****	The app is slow to load when you open it. Also the recent changes to the IndyGo bus routes was ridiculous inconvenient for a lot of people. I agree that the 92 bus was necessary but completely eliminating the 86 bus was so stupid. There is a whole stretch of 86 Street that now has no public transportation for people who have been relying on that bus! They should have just left it alone the 82 bus is pointless, those routes were already covered! Bring back the 86 bus!

2024-06-29	Ti*****	Great app with all necessary functionalities, but doesn't open when needed, or rather perform equally with all devices (mine is Android). You need to keep updating or reinstalling to make it work! Many embarrassing moments with drivers on the bus, or while making other passengers wait! 😳

2024-03-10	Li*****	This app is essentially nonfunctional. Beware as the QR code does not work and the app will say it's expired even if you keep reloading it. I loaded money onto my e-card and wasn't able to use it, but the bus driver was understanding and let me on board anyway-- shout out to her.
