When activating a ticket then clicking 'show ticket' the app crashes. This is a critical user journey breaking bug. Some bus drivers will let me on after showing them I've bought and activated a ticket but others insist I need to pay again with cash because the app doesn't show the ticket. This essentially forces me to buy a ticket twice. This bug has been present for years.

App will not let me log in to use my tickets keeps saying error now it won't show activated tickets and some of ur drivers aren't friendly when they see the app doesn't work properly
