The postpartum period is both beautiful and challenging. Mood swings, fatigue, and unexplained feelings are common for many mothers. EMPATHY-MOM is here to accompany you through it — one day at a time, without judgment.

Every day (Days 3 to 10), take a moment to acknowledge your feelings. Each response is met with words of encouragement.

📖 Practical Materials & Solutions
A short, evidence-based reading about what you're experiencing, complete with practical steps that are easy to implement amidst the busyness of caring for your little one.

📝 Feeling Check (EPDS)
A short, 10-question screening (Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale) to help you and your midwife better understand your emotional state. This is not a diagnosis — just a companion for getting to know yourself better.

🔔 Gentle Reminders
Daily notifications remind you to take a little time for yourself.

If you need more support, a help button is always available to direct you to the right support.

Who is this app for?
EMPATHY-MOM is designed for mothers in the postpartum period (up to approximately 40 days after delivery) and to support the role of midwives in monitoring their emotional well-being.
