Mira Move

Mira Move helps families build healthier digital habits by turning screen time pauses into short physical activities.

Parents can choose apps or categories, set a screen time limit, and choose a short exercise. When the limit is reached, Mira Move guides the child through a movement break. After the exercise is completed, access can be restored.

The app uses the camera for on-device pose detection during exercises. Camera frames are processed locally on the device and are not uploaded or stored.

Mira Move is designed for parents and children who want a simple, playful way to reduce long uninterrupted screen time and add more movement into the day.

Accessibility Service Disclosure

Mira Move uses the Android Accessibility Service API only for the Mira Move Pause feature. With a parent’s permission, the app can detect when selected apps are opened and temporarily pause access after the configured screen time limit is reached. This helps the child take a short movement break before continuing.

The Accessibility Service is not used to read personal messages, collect passwords, monitor private content, record audio, or change device settings without the user’s permission. The service is optional and can be turned on or off by the user in Android Accessibility settings.
