2026-09-03	Cr*****	just want to update this Cox is still a horrible company and they cannot keep their customers online. I have literally had my network go out five times at my property in the last month. Cox sucks honestly we should have more choices as consumers instead of one company in my zip code.

2026-09-03	Ri*****	I can't get anyone to straighten my account out so I can use the services I'm paying for and the chat services are horrible I dont know if they are AI but they hardly want to join the conversation and tell me one thing when I can look at my account and see another.** because I do like the services I am receiving and they are very good at working with you as long as you keep them in the loop when making your payments. oh and they are now spectrum
