Go Elsewhere. My area has been w/o internet for 2 days yet Mediacom wants to send a tech to my home as if I'm the issue. There is nowhere in the app to report an outage. Only to report a line down, which is different. Instead of this company checking out their own cables and lines in the neighborhood, they want to book a tech 7 days from now to check out my modem. They used to be a reliable internet provider in my area, but service has gone waaay downhill and they refuse to own the problem!
