have full WiFi signal and still always says I'm not connected to the Internet. Have to turn off my cox WiFi Internet to use my cell service to be able to arm/disarm

SICK of this app. my username has NEVER changed but yet, I'm asked to sign in with the EXACT SAME USERNAME AND PASSWORD I've had over the last 2 years. WHY I WHY it says can't locate user EVERYTIME! I HATE HATE COX AND THIS APP!!! I've called customer service and sent out emails. ITS THE SAME BS!!!
