Whenever you need a human you can't find one. They take you from online to an 800 number where you speak with AI that sends you a link to go back online... to the 800 number. A vicious cycle. Make people great again. The only time I got to talk to a human was when one called me to tell me my service was being disconnected. (including my landline I was being charged for 2 years I had turned off) THAT they use a human for. GOOD-BYE to bad rubbish. 👋🏿
