2026-03-16	Sc*****	since changing to the Breville app, I cannot download the new app to my samsung tablet, making my Joule Immersion circulator unusable. This is unacceptable.

2026-02-26	Re*****	After a long while, I decided to use my Joule. I had nothing but issues because I have to use a new app that won't connect. It could be that my Joule is outdated. Instead of using the unit or buying a new one, I use a pot of water with a thermometer and play testing. For a fraction of the cost, I can now have juicy meat. Everything should've stayed simple and compatible and not this terrible mess.

2025-12-16	Se*****	Absolutely furious that this app, which controls my Joule perfectly fine, is being sunset in favour of a Breville+ app that is not compatible with my phone. So ... why would I bother to have your Sous Vide product any more? Garbage, stupidity, and genuine robbery. I would rate this zero stars if Google would permit.
