Sous Vide Wi-Fi

Sous Vide WiFi allows access via smartphone or tablet to all the Vacook WiFi professional thermal circulator functions.

Intuitive and very easy to use, the app allows you to:

- Have total control over the cooking times and water temperature
- Achieve consistent and precise cooking every time through the manual or guided setting of time and temperature parameters
- Take advantage of preset time and temperature directions to cook your food by selecting "GUIDED COOKING"
- Initiate customized cooking that always meets your needs and availability only
- Program delayed start-up of your sous vide device
- Control multiple machines simultaneously through the use of the most functional device for you (smartphone, tablet, pc)
- Control the activity of the machine connected to the app through the built-in bluetooth system
- Reproduce a wide range of recipes already present within the specially dedicated "RECIPES" section

App functions:

- Live Cook > to manually set the desired food cooking time and water temperature. Select the "TIME" item at the bottom left to set minutes and hours. Select the " WATER" item in the lower right, rotate the center display slider to set the water temperature. For more precise selection of tenths of a degree, you can tap 0.1 degree at a time. Press the "PLAY" button to operate the device directly connected to Sous Vide Technology Bluetooth. Through the "DELAY START" function, you can program your food to cook and decide when to activate it: select the left icon, below the center display, to set your device to turn on delayed. The drop icon, on the right of the screen, detects the current water temperature.
- Guided Cooking > to choose the food type from Meat/Fish/Vegetable and the cut. Once the food is selected, define the degree of cooking that best meets your taste and indicate where the food comes from (fridge/freezer).
- Recipes > to reproduce recipes from professional chefs at home too! With a simple click you can access the list of ingredients and the unfolding of the recipe with an indication of the time and temperature parameters for each of the products to be cooked sous vide.

Sous Vide Technology Wi-Fi is a free App designed by Besser Vacuum Srl and developed by Infofactory Srl.

Access to all features of the App is conditional on the purchase of the device for which the App was designed; registration alone allows access to limited functionality.
The Application is compatible with the Vacook WiFi professional thermal circulator from Besser Vacuum Srl.
