Worthless app. Currently, the only beneficial "feature" of being able to check the remaining time on a cook doesn't even work. It's one cooking session behind and therefore reads a green 00:00:00 remaining time stamp. If I could make my purchase over again, I would NOT buy the Joule "Smart" Oven and just go with the model below it without the "smart" "features" since it's absolutely worthless and not features at all. Edit: Lol to the developer response 🙄

The app was broken for weeks. First call to support offered a call back. They called back while I was unable to answer and didn't try again. I tried the next day and that call back connected me to a dead line. The third call back connected me to a person who promised to call back in an hour... She didn't. The in-app trouble ticket form did not have my model device in it. After four days, the response to a complaint on Facebook was, "Yeah, we know". Avoid Breville products that require the app.
