I NEVER SUBSCRIBED TO THIS SERVICE ! WHEN I PURCHASED THE SOUS VIDE I FOUND YOU HAD TO OPT IN THE PAID APP TO BE ABLE TO USE IT, PAY TO TURN IT ON !! I BOXED IT UP TOOK IT BACK THE APP I DELETED. THEY HAVE BEEN CHARGING ME A YEAR. NO RECEIPT NO TEXT JUST SNEAKING MONEY 5- OR MORE A DAY I'VE SEEN. IF U WERE RIGHT U WOULD HAVE SEEN NOT 1 USE EVER HAVE I HAD N REACHED OUT. NOPE UR GREED HAS CAUSED U TO BECOME UNETHICAL. I WANT EVERY DIME U TOOK UNAUTHORIZED FROM ME. MONDAY NO REFUND I'M FILING 😤
