Recent reviews

sous vide in general and the Anova in particular are convenient components of my kitchen. I like to cook seasoned pork loins in the store vacuum pack and make gravy from the liquid. Chicken breasts are also an excellent option. Recently I purchased several bacon wrapped pork filets on sale at a gas station, an hour or so at 140, a quick sear, and I have most of a lunch for my father and I.

Bait and switch scammers. Got this in August, but hadn't had a chance to use it yet. They said the app was free. Went to get it connected and I find it that it costs a YEARLY subscription fee. Greedy company. Stay away. low quality garbage
