CEIS Control Hub

CEIS Control Hub is a local operations notebook for teams that track tasks, client quotes, spending, and rough capacity math without signing in to a cloud account. Data stays in an on-device database unless you export or share it yourself.

When the database is empty, the app inserts sample services, work items, quotes, accounts, expenses, planner history, and company profile content. Overview cards and charts reflect those records until you replace them with your own entries.

Overview (Control Dashboard) filters by 7 days, 30 days, quarter, or year. It lists counts such as open work items, active accounts, pending quote value, monthly expenses, and completion rate, plus priority tasks, a health-style score, deadline risk rows, and quick links into other sections.

Work holds searchable work items with due dates, departments, priorities, and statuses. Add new items, open detail, edit, or delete entries.

Quotes supports search, status and sort filters, create and edit flows with line items, totals, and activity notes. Quotes can be removed from the list when confirmed.

Insights groups internal tools: Operations Capacity and Risk Planner (form inputs, calculate, save labeled runs, open history, compare two runs, delete old runs, export result as plain text via the system share sheet), expense list and entry forms, account list and forms, and the read-only service catalogue with favourites.

Company menu (drawer) opens business timeline, team, we, where, about, and contact screens. Call, email, and map actions delegate to installed apps.
