Perfusion Care Hub

Perfusion Care Hub is an offline administrative operations console for Perfusion Hyperthermia LLC. It helps staff keep coordination quotes, equipment-readiness checklists, service catalogs, and room-time planning worksheets on the device.

Core screens
• Overview: counts derived from local records (scheduled sessions from the latest planner entry, ready equipment sets, open quotes, and related activity)
• Planner: enter sessions, room occupancy minutes, setup, turnover, and available rooms; the app calculates room hours and coordination load with fixed formulas and saves planner history
• Quotes: create itemized service quotes, change status (Draft, Sent, Approved, and related statuses), search/filter, duplicate, and delete
• Services: browse operational service templates by category and open details
• Profile: company timeline, team roles, mission/location text, about notes, and a contact form stored locally

Product boundary
For administrative planning only. This is not a medical device and not a clinical decision-support system. It does not provide diagnosis, dosing, treatment parameters, clinical recommendations, or emergency guidance. Do not enter sensitive clinical measurements.

Data notes
Records stay in local SQLite storage. Starter services and sample workflow rows demonstrate the UI; they are not claims of completed clinical or historical delivery. There is no login, remote API, or cloud transmission in the packaged app. Optional mailto or maps intents may open other apps when the user chooses contact actions.
