CoastBuild Project Hub

CoastBuild Project Hub is an on-device ledger for small construction firms tracking projects, vendor quotes, spending, site notes, and internal forecast worksheets. It does not require an online account and stores entries locally.

Sample projects, quotes, suppliers, site logs, services, team entries, and forecast history may appear after install until you add your own data. Portfolio dashboard totals and phase counts are derived from the local database for the filter you pick (active, at risk, completed, or all).

Projects supports new project creation, detail views, phase tracking, budget versus actual style comparisons on supported screens, and cost line additions. Quotes can be searched, filtered by status, edited with line items, deleted, or used to start a project record.

Forecast opens the Cash-Flow and Margin Forecaster: enter scenario inputs, run a calculation, review best, expected, and risk-style outputs, save to history, duplicate, edit, or delete past runs. In-app text marks these as internal management estimates, not binding financial forecasts.

Activity shows a chronological site log feed with categories such as planning, procurement, and build. Add or remove log entries tied to projects where the UI provides forms.

Records menu lists services (catalogue with favourites), all projects, suppliers, and site logs. Company drawer links timeline, team, we, where, about, and contact with dial, email, and map intents when apps are available.
