Sellemia Service Desk

Sellemia Service Desk is an offline workspace for coordinating service operations on your device. Data is stored locally in SQLite and persists between sessions. The app ships with sample services, quotes, and work items on first launch.

Home summarizes open work, items due soon, and completed work for Today, 7 Days, or 30 Days. A workflow bar shows counts by status: New, In Progress, Waiting, and Completed.

Work items
- Add, edit, and delete items with title, client label, due date, priority, estimated minutes, and status
- Open item details from the home list

Services
- Browse and search the service catalog by category
- View pricing range, duration, and highlights
- Save or unsave services for quick reference

Quotes
- Create, edit, duplicate, and delete quotes with customer name, contact info, service, amount, date, status, and notes
- Filter and search the quote list

Planner
- Enter work item count, average minutes per item, team members, hours per day, buffer percentage, and start date
- Calculate estimated effort, working days, and completion date
- Save planner runs and review history; edit or delete saved runs

Company
- View business timeline, team, about, location, and working hours
- Send an inquiry form saved on the device; call, email, or open maps through your installed apps
