I purchased a international travel insurance from them after completing the payment I received a message that my insurance we be issued in next 72 hours. Today is been more the 9 days but haven't received any confirmation mail from them. I called there customer care for update the agent name was soumya. First he said that he will solve my issue within a day but after 3 days he stopped answering my call. Didn't get my insurance yet.Pathetic app |
