The app is constantly telling me that my ceiling fan is offline. I can see the device is connected, and I am able to ping it. Legit one of the worst performing smart devices I own unfortunately. The app has good features, if and when it works.

The app is pretty simple and easy to use. I prefer the app over the remote that came with the light/ fan. After installing 1 fan in my living room, a year later I installed three more, one in each bedroom. They are now each in the app listed by the names I gave them. One app, four fans.
