App is clunky even when it works. Tonight none of my fans ran on their automation schedule and when I tried to sign into the app I got an error message that said it couldn't connect to the BAF server.

All society needs is an app that controls all functions of the device properly, and this delivers. I find myself using the app more than the remote, setting all fans from sitting on my butt. Firmware updates are good, weren't previously so thanks to app developers for resolving this. Hint: have an app on your phone that lets the screen stay on until you are done with the firmware update. And love the fans too, best available even though they are a kidney to buy and still click like a cheapy!
