I love my ZenTech fan but the app experience and customer support are terrible. When I first installed it, this app and Google Home integration worked great. A few weeks in, it stopped working with Google Home. When I tried to reconnect the accounts, Google said this App was not verified and the app was in testing and reached its limit of test users. A few weeks later, this app stopped controlling the fan. I reported to customer service, with screenshots. Still not fixed several months later...

I didn't get far in the app. Bought a Hunter fan and tried to add it as the first and only device. It's a very convoluted setup, requiring a lot of odd steps (you need to remove a screw on the remote to get to the pairing button!), and then, after it finally got to the point where it should have added the device, it just crashed. Not just once, I tried this 3 times in a row with the same outcome. It's unusable.
